The hotel room was spacious, the hotel lobby smelled really good. There was a water dispenser in the back room next to the lift. We refilled our bottles every time we went by, to save plastics and to save on buying water! Beds were comfortable and big (we got two twin beds side by side), with tons of space to hang out in the room without getting in each others' way. Location wise it was great, it was in a quiet area with loads of food options nearby. Hock Kopitiam was a favourite. There's a Starbucks within walking distance. This place is also a 20-minute car ride from the airport approximately, so it was great. We were about 5-7-minute car ride away from the Miri Marina, as well. For superb, affordable, fresh seafood, Wondering Seafood Restaurant is a 15-minute stroll away.

Daphne

- Location was great as we were happy to explore the Marina area for a change, very close to a lot of interesting eateries and cafes - Parking was ample and we were happy that the hotel was able to sell tickets to us as we arrived on a weekday - Room was good and generally clean - Room, Lobby and hallways didn't smell like smoke so that was already a plus in our books - Bed was VERY comfortable - Hot water was available and the water pressure was very satisfactory - Aircon was in an odd position but made the room cold in no time - Glad to have been given two key cards instead of one - Happy to have a mini fridge as we needed to store medication (some hotels didn't have it :')) - Happy to have use the amenities as well, more than enough for the two of us!

Great hotel! Location is on a development with lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes. You don't have to leave the 2 blocks for anything. Miri town doesn't have too much going on but there's a very good visitor centre and it's just a very short shaded walk away. I was only in Miri to visit Niah National Park. Hotel is secure with swipe front entrance and location is very close to airport (Grab RM 13). The room is very nice, yes sure the bathroom has a slight smell of the pipes but the room didn't have the smell. Very comfy bed, water filter machine on ground floor. Staff even helped dig up a needle kit as I had a tear in my backpack.

Miri Airport is also conveniently situated 9.9 km away. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, featuring modern furnishings. Additionally, the bathroom is thoughtfully designed, with separate sections for the shower and toilet, ensuring comfort and convenience.

Upon check-in and check-out the staffs were very friendly. The Wi-Fi provided was amply quick and with strong signal in the room. Location of the hotel makes finding food easy.
